heerlijk eten zowel thais als europees. Ad probeert het zijn gasten zowel jong als oud naar het zin te maken. je kunt rustig luieren en genieten van het opkomend water zonder de druk te voelen dat je steeds iets moet bestellen. Nam maakt de heerlijkste crepes. omdat niemand zich druk maakt is het een ideaal restaurant om met kinderen heen te gaan. je hoeft je niet om te kleden, gewoon je strandoutfit.

Located within Sunrise Villas-from Pier,walk uphill on main road for 2/3mins and its on the right.The breakfasts here are very good,quality ingredients and well presented-but the food could be a little hotter when it reaches you.There is a good choice on the breakfast/daytime/evening menu plus they do have offers on their Cocktails between 17.00-19.00.The setting is right next to the Ocean,with far reaching views.Well worth a visit.

Right on the beach. BBQ blazing right by your table. Great food and s great view of the sea. My steamed fish in Thai sauce was amazing. It was enough to share.

My friend recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We ordered salmon and the stuffed chicken, both were accompanied by steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. So delicious! From the food, wine, the view, decor, fast service and the lovely conversation with the owner, everything was perfection.

We ate here twice and the food is good, but it does arrive late, in the wrong order with the starter 20 min after the main dish and the rice arriving when you finished the main dish already .... trying to pay the bill is another lengthy ordeal... complaints are ignored with the excuse that we are so busy.....itâs not our fault.... Staff clearly needs to be better supervised / trained and planning in the kitchen is a mess!

I recently spent a holiday on Ko Samed with my daughter. We had breakfast at the Funky Monkey our second morning and returned there pretty much every day.The breakfast is great, proper bacon and as good as sausages as you get. In the evenings we chose the pizza, freshly made and super tasty.Even better than the food was the team of staff. We were made to feel welcome from the first minute we arrived.John, his partner, Nano, Stan and all the team were so friendly, so full of useful information, local and otherwise, such great company we were genuinely sad to leave.We look forward to returning to the Funky Monkey next year.Our very best wishes.Andrew and Jasmine.Dear Andrew and JasmineWhat can I say? If you want to have breakfast in the company of 4-5 dogs and a few cats that rub their clients' feet, get a mediocre service after letting you wait long the location not being crowded, then that's the place on who searched for it. We, we left Bilbo's, dissatisfied. On the opposite side of the street you have a good coffee and an impeccable serviceHow dare you call my pets dirty !You would stink more than them!I wish you said something when you were here ,as I would have told you where to go personally !Just shows your a SAD keyboard warrior,that doesn't like confrontation or human interaction !!
