Away from the busy main street is this oasis of calm. Beautiful terrace, well spaced tables and an enticing menu awaits. Everything was of a very good standard and the extra course of basil sorbetto was amazing. Good wine list. Our favourite in town so far.

The Pizzeria has traditional Sicilian pizzas and other dishes, with outdoor and indoor seating. We sat outside (the weather was fantastic!) and ate pizza, washed down with their fabulous almond wine. Service was a bit slow (they had several customers and only one or two servers), but it was impeccable when it came. Our server went out of her way to be helpful to a couple of Americans who don't speak Italian. A great place to eat while resting from the fabulous sightseeing from the "mountain"!

This restaurant is part of Hotel Villa Sonia. The menu changes daily. The food was well cooked and very tasty. Three courses with vegetables for just 30 euro. Wine averaged 15 Euro a bottle.
