I am a 100% Bolognese guy currently living in Amsterdam.This restaurant is my favourite choice (after grandma's home of course) when i go back to my hometown.Amazing 'primi' (please go for tortelloni or passatelli) and main courses (love Horse 'straccetti').Desserts (go for Zuppa Inglese) are simply delicious.Atmosphere is great, not formal, you feel at home. Staff is very kind and polite.Bill in the average for Bologna (pasta+main course+dessert+house wine and coffee) around 25/30 euros/person.

An excellent place for a cheap and cheerful meal where the food is good and the young owners are enthusiastic and very friendly. We arrived on the recmmendation of the Agriturismo where we were staying, 5 minutes' drive away and were welcomed warmly. It was easy to find, on the main road from Modena and just entering Castelfranco Emilia, no problem parking outside and plenty of room inside. Not a posh place, but just the thing for a weekday when you don't want to push the boat out. We had delicious home-made pasta, fried chicken and chips and a desert to die for. I felt a bit ashamed of passing up on the large array of home-made puds to choose one that was bought in but it looked so good - and tasted even better! Namely, sweet Sicilian Canelli - rather like brandy snaps, filled with chocolate and cream. We shared a plate of four, but one each would have been filling enough. The wine was fine, and our bill was among the cheapest we had during a fortnight in Italy.

Abbiamo trascorso qui un piacevole pranzo in famiglia che, se fosse stato bel tempo, vista la location, sarebbe stato sicuramente ancora più piacevole poichè il luogo è molto carino. Lo staff si è rivelato gentile ed i piatti davvero buoni e particolari. Peccato solo per i prezzi un tantino sopra la media.

Totally unexpected find in what is typically a fairly dreary place. Borgo Panigale is home to Ducati but not known for great food. I found a warm welcome despite my limited Italian. As others have said no menus but the dishes all sound great. I had fantastic spaghetti and then a chocolate tart just because it looked great too!. Tucked away down a side street it's well worth the effort to find.

The food is very good! All homemade! Fresh porcini, ovoli, pasta,... Also friendly host! You can drink there wine from everywhere in Italy! Very good! Also the local wine from Gradizzolo!

On the advice of our villa owner we visited the Teamvua restaurant which is down a steep path at the side of a hotel come sushi bar. We arrived before 7 but had to wait until 730 for the kitchen to open. The staff were wonderful and looked after the four of us. My daughters had anti past of meats and cheeses which was devoured. I had an excellent steak and my wife had pasta. Lovely meal. Thanks to all the staff especially the girl from the kitchen who assisted with the translation. A lovely restaurant

Gentilizia allo stato puro. Locale caratteristico. Ottime tigelle e Crescentine (leggere e digeribili) buoni anche gli affettati.. anche se avrei preferito una porzione più abbondante visto che il conto non è proprio economico ma cmq neanche caro. Da andarci

Locale bello e ampio, a distanza di sicurezza dai centri abitati, ma facilmente e comodamente raggiungibile, con ampio parcheggio. Cibo buono e veramente tradizionale, con qualche variazione per sfuggire alla monotonia. Tortellino "rigoroso". Servizio, veloce e cordiale, ottima attenzione e passione nello spiegare il territorio ed i "nostri" prodotti ai "forestieri" ai quali è concesso un piccolo e rappresentativo corner shop di prelibatezze da portarsi a casa...Il piatto forte del locale è la carne, a filiera cortissima, in quanto prodotta direttamente dall'oste nel suo allevamento,,,assolutamente cosigliato.
