Very tasteful place, just sells local cheese and nice wines. Highly recommend for an afternoon snack, what I ordered was to much for 1 person but perfect for sharing, was â¬11. Lovely service as well a rarity in Pisa!

It was our first dinner in Pisa. We made reservation but there was no problem with table around 7 PM. Owner spent with us a lot of time telling about every dish and wine from the menu. His knowledge about Toscany cuisine was impressive. We chose pasta with ragu and with asparagus. It was shocking that with so simple igredients you can made so many flavours. Chianti wine is my favourite now! I recommend this place.

What an incredible little restaurant. Hidden deep in the Italian countryside is this family run eatery that offers simply prepared, local ingredients and more than enough intrigue to tempt you into wanting to try everything. We were lucky enough to go for lunch on a Tuesday lunch and basically had the place to ourselves and were able to enjoy 4 courses on some of the finest tasting Italian food you could wish for, cooked with love by mamma on this particular day. We spent a leisurely 3 hours in the wonderful company of the family who were more than happy to help and explain what the dishes are. Not massive portions like you get in some more tourist heavy areas but adequate and enables you to try more courses (you'll want to I assure you that). Just perfect. Thank you. We'll be back.
