I have had food from here so many times and each time it has been spot on! The chips are to die for and the Chinese food is amazing my personal favourite being chicken Cantonese style with egg fried rice! The staff are so friendly especially Ray who greets you like an old friend every time you visit! You always seem to get something free or have you bill rounded down when placing a large order! I won't visit another Chippy even if it does involve having to go out and get it myself! Also be warned the portion sizes are huge! XxX

What a great place to hold a party!We organised a family birthday party in the smaller of the two function rooms.It was ideal with lovely tables with cloths and very comfy chairs. The room had its own bar and dance floor and was set out really wellWe were able to go in in the afternoon to decorate the room and found it spotlessly clean and ready for usWe had a Chinese and English food buffet. The hot food was piping hot and everything was so fresh, tasty and beautifully presented.Pik Ling advised us what to have and there was plenty for everyone. The feedback from the guests was excellent saying it was the best buffet they had had in ages!The staff were very attentive and made it a really pleasant evening.I have no hesitation in recommending the Phoenix City for any special occasion.Thank you Pik Ling and Barry
