This restaurant has become one of our favourite places to eat.The great selection of "all you can eat" Chinese and Oriental food is always served piping hot direct to your table by extremely efficient and friendly staff.The food is excellent, the service is tremendous and value for money is unbeatable for such good quality Chinese & Oriental food.Highly recommended.You will not be disappointed.

What an amazing venue. Just off the high street. Stunningly spectacular. Stained glass windows itâs almost like a cathedral. Great service. Open kitchens so you can see everything going on and it all looked clean and tidy . Food, generous portions, very tasty and beautifully presented. About right prices considering we are in the centre of Harrogate. Well worth a visit if your in Harrogate just to take in this marvellous building which used to be the royal baths, could not fault anything here

Came on Tuesday night for my dads birthday and couldnât have enjoyed the food more! Me and my sister are vegan and found it very easy to eat here and there were loads of options to choose from! The wine selection is gorgeous and the service is impeccable! Hak has created a gorgeous environment to have the perfect meal in! Enjoyed it so much that I have booked in for Friday so I can take my boyfriend!

Cambridge cafe is an unusual place. Very unpretentious , basic. Diverse clientele. Local Chinese family run a very English cafe with a separate Chinese menu that has the best wonton noodle soup EVER.Much better than most Chinese food in Yorkshire. Very friendly. Great for families who want to eat quality Chinese food at low prices. The dreadful decor has a period ( 1980s) charm about it.

I was staying at the adjoining hotel, so decided to eat at their restaurant, and I was so glad I did.Exceptional Thai cuisine at its best.Superb flavours, an interesting menu, adequate portion sizes, and a fabulous wine list.The staff were also so friendly and the bill wasnât that bad either!

What can I say, we first went here a few years ago and loved it so much we have returned numerous times with friends, family and work colleagues. We even travel especially for a take away as our local Chinese restaurants are not a patch on the Sweet Basil, our favourites are the salt and pepper squid, hot and sour soup, Sizzling steak in black bean and a masaman curry all cooked to perfection with plenty of flavour. I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal, never walked away thinking that didn't taste nice, never been disappointed with the service no matter how busy the staff are they are always attentive and polite. I think a lot of restaurants could learn a lot from the sweet basil team x
