Nicely located on the main square the restaurant offer rather short menu. It is ordinary food named very sophisticated. To be honest, food taste quite good. Unfortunately, you can get in neighborhood similar restaurants in half price range. And this is the point in my opinion.

If you are looking for hearty, family-style Polish dishes - you found your place. You won't get pizza or french fries in here but you will get great freshly made potato pancakes or fish with boiled veggies and mashed potatoes. Good local Polish cuisine, simple and honest. Nothing fancy, nothing classy, definitely not posh. It's located far from the city center so if you are a foreign tourist you will have a lot of problems with getting there... Sorry.

Chilita

We were there twice - both times the staff was extremely rude. The food is really average, low quality rice in risotto and oddly sour lasagne, minestrone and spinach soup both tasteless. Antipasto Misto was a joke, pieces of bread with cheese were cold and rock hard, seafood almost without any seasoning - watery, simply ugly. On top of that - worst service in Rzeszow! Impolite, never smiling, grumpy, unable to recommend anything. I asked our waiter to serve our dessert straight after main course as we didn't have much time that evening. He said "sure" and so we waited 10 minutes for two pieces of cake and another 10 minutes for our bill. We were late for our movie, thanks a lot, Chilita. They receive 2* not 1* only because the interior is quite nice. Won't come back. Jedzenie poniżej oczekiwań - zupy wodniste i bez smaku, risotto z kiepskiej jakości ryżu, lasagne kwaśnia, przystawka z owoców morza - z mrożonki, a grzanki zimne i twarde jak kamień.

I wanted to spend a nice evening with my German life partner and my family having nice dinner in Wesele restaurant. We have been in hotel Bristol in the 4 last years celebrating New Year’s Eve in the same restaurant. I had private celebration in the same restaurant in 2017 for my family and German friends and we all had absolutely positive impressions about cuisine and organization. But what we have experienced on 5th of January 2018 was …obviously a big mistake and disappointment of poor quality and a big compromise for the service/waiters. We’ve got a very nice table on the window, however we hadn’t felt like guests from beginning on, but rather as unwanted “intruders”. Directly in the middle of the table on the ceiling, there was a speaker with such a loud music like in the disco club. So I have asked the waiter to make the music quieter. He has received my request but it was ignored. I have repeated my request after few minutes, because having this level of loudness a normal conversation was not possible. This time the reaction on waiters side remained the same as well. After that I stand up and went to the bar, where the music equipment was located (in the meantime our dinner was served) and this time in a louder voice I have repeated my request. It worked immediately! It is very embarrassing, that in a 5 star hotel guest is being treated that way and first after raising my voice I could expect relevant reaction…possibly because it was a big shame and confusion for other guests being in the restaurant…I have asked for a conversation with the shift director. I have been told, that he will come to our table. Can you imagine what I have heard, after he came to our table?: why do you provoking a brawl!??? I just thought, that this might be a bad joke. Instead of asking me first: what happened, how can I help, etc. apart of saying “ I’m sorry”… After this “entry” I was not motivated to continue conversation, especially because our dinner was cooling down on the table, and we have ordered the most expensive menu…I have asked him, if he can come after we have finished our dinner. Of course he didn’t come. After the dinner was finished the plates were taken by waiters occasionally…Anyway, finally we have ordered dessert: chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream and fruits. Waiter brought us tea spoons. For this kind of dessert as a standard tea spoon and small fork is being served. It’s not exaggregation to say that and I’m not complying. In a simple restaurant I would never say something like that, but in the most expensive restaurant in Rzeszow I’m expecting just relevant standards. By the way, an another detail: from beginning on as we came to the table, there were small plates and knifes on the left side on the table for each place. This is usually for a kind of entry (amuse bouche, greetings from the kitchen or just bread and butter). This wasn’t served (what is not a drama) but in this case the nice waiter should remove it from the table. This didn’t happen of course (and the same “procedure” we have experienced during the New Year Eve party, by the way also having issues with serving of drinks). Anyway, after we have finished our dessert only some plates we taken. Unfortunately a 9 year old child, who was with us, was not honoured to be served by the waiter and had to sit on the table with all empty plates. Surely children are a worse category of “intruder” then the adults for service staff in this restaurant.Such a harm, because the cuisine was absolutely good, that’s why we had been there in the past. But we will not come again and will not recommend this restaurant anymore. A good restaurant exists thanks combination of excellent cuisine and professional service. The second criterion absolutely does not correspond with the criteria for this kind of hotel and restaurant. We are visiting number of various restaurants in Poland and abroad and as a gourmets we honour cuisine on Michelin star level or labeled with Gault Millau. We do not say, that Rzeszow is a kind of undeveloped province”, but space for improvement is really huge in this restaurant….Especially knowing that the same hotel owner owns another hotel in Rzeszow called Grand Boutique where we have been for dinner number of times and where combination of excellent cuisine and professional service was perfect. So it’s embarrassing, that this doesn’t work in Bristol….Well, we hadn’t nice dinner in nice atmosphere, instead of that, dinner was just expensive and contributing to our digestion problems due to stress. We will not come to this place anymore and maybe we will possibly not book the next New Year Eve party there. We have the lessons learnt, that what shift director Mr Kamil Wojna and his service staff can do best is to scare the guests away forever. And by the way, thanks them a restaurant has a justification to exist….

I choose just to have a nice czech beer. I had to wait... 20minutes. The beer was fine, but almost at room temp. I was asking twice what about my beer and staff member told me that "pouring beer requires time". My friend was waiting 45mins for dinner and finally didn't get it. Incredible. I don't want to visit that place anymore. :(

I visit Rzeszow many times a year. Having a drink or meal in Rynek is something we always do. I have stayed at The Bristol hotel owners of the Stary Browar and hope the management might read this. I have two things I have to criticise. 1. When it is 30c I want a cold beer, why ALWAYS is your Pilsner beer warm at room temperature. I Order ice to put in it. Either check your beer chilling or put beer glasses in freezer, so not served warm. 2. Last week I fancied having your meat, cheese board for lunch. It’s very good but for lunch I asked if I could have half the size as the board size with meats, cheese is enough for 4 people. I was told sorry can’t do half size. I told waiter I don’t mind paying 69zl full price, but only put half the food on the board. Unfortunately the kitchen was unable to do this. WHY? I still ordered the board ate 1/3rd of it and can only assume the rest was thrown away. WHAT A WASTE, wouldn’t have been too difficult for kitchen to put half on the same board.

I was looking for a quiet place and good food for dinner. Luckily, I stopped in Radosc on Rynek square. The place was nice decorated, but what made me right this review, was excellent food and friendly service. I had a zucchini soup that was wonderful. For main I took Duck with Peer and it was outstanding. I lived in Budapest and was visiting southern Poland regularly in a past, but this was the best duck breast I have ever had. My compliments to the Chef!
