Located right on the beach at Kalathos, this beach bar/cafe has a relaxed vibe. Mellow music, cold beers and ok bar food. You can rent sun loungers on the beach and hang out all day. The beach is shingle and is tricky walking in and out of the water. Service was a little slow and there didnât seem to be great communication between the staff. The waitress did a full tour of the beach with our frappes before eventually bringing them to our table. Worth a visit for a chilled out lunch and to escape the crowds in Lindos.

I thought the Lindos Horizon Snack Bar deserved it's own listing.The food caters for all from a full English to Souvlaki, it is all fantastically cooked and great value, with a good view over Lindos of the Acropolis. The real treat are the homemade burgers made by Stavros' Mum. Also the drinks are great value too!

A nice place to relax and unwind. A good selection of food and drinks. I came here a few times and enjoyed the vibe, kicking back with a drink whilst listening to their music. Great staff, I salute you.

We always visit here when in Lindos, its perfect for a snack or lighter meal when you dont want the full service restaurants. This time we wanted something light to eat one evening & so we shared a Pizza and pitta bread with homemade dips. Followed by the homemade Apple Pie which we always have on every visit :-)Atmosphere is cosy as you are welcomed by the family downstairs and shown to the rooftop. This is a small intimate place with only a few tables a nice respite from the busier restuarants.

we had eaten at a few places by the beach and finally tried Giorgios - not let down the prawn spaghetti was the best we have ever had, my souvlaki was good but not as good as the spaghetti - attentive service and competitive prices - we will be back

run by the larger than life, the one and only stavros and his great staff, this bar /restaurant is the best value for money place in lindos , good measures at reasonable prices especially THE OUZO!!! we visited here five times in our week holiday and it was always a pleasurable night with great music playing in the background YAMMAS!!

... So why do so many people get bent out of shape if the owner of Captain's House asks people to buy a drink if they want to take photos of his business? I'd do the same in his shoes and be similarly unapologetic!The drinks are good and reasonably-priced, given the location. The decor fits the historicity of the building. Seating is comfortable. Staff could be slightly friendlier to paying customers I feel, hence the 4 stars.One thing to watch: you should be careful when walking around (both in this business and Lindos in general). A lady fell over right in front of us because of the ground tiles.

We had lunch here in this lovely small cafe. Lovely setting with lots of choices to eat from the menu. The owner was helpful and attentive. A nice place to go for a drink and escape from the heat

We visited twice while on holiday . Excellent service from the moment we walked in . Really friendly helpful staff . We had a pizza which are all freshly made and it was delicious . Second visit gyros and again very tasty . Highly recommend this lovely little place . They also have roof top seating which is an added bonus .
