We wandered around trying to find what was an apparently nonexistent pizza place, and then came back here out of necessity. Service is typical Brazilian - wave down a waiter, get the wrong thing a few times, they're out of most stuff, etc. Priceless people watching, cold beer, and decent calabresa are the only reasons to go.

O maior problema do Barão é o estacionamento reduzido, que volta e meia causa dores de cabeça. Entretanto, há muita variedade de cerveja, bons petiscos, como os pastéis e as iscas de linguiça, e o ambiente é foi bem pensado e montado, com um apelo noir. I had the pizza with sausage, which gave the otherwise somewhat bland pizza some kick in the flavor department. You can't beat the ambience and the view though and while some people complain about the service (you're in Manaus not Lausanne for crying out loud) it's perfectly adequate.

First band is always the best one of the night, thus arrive around 23PM. Prices are not expensive. It is OK. It is a nice place to meet new people. Staff is very kind. For eating, try "Batata do Porão" and for drinking must try "Mariana". There is private park. So, it is the best option for a rock bar in Manaus.

As I sat at this restaurant during the Copa America, I asked myself this very question. The spacious dining area was about three quarters full. My server had taken my order and brought a flavored caipirinha earlier, but after thirty minutes, still no food. Once the pirarucu I had ordered arrived, it proved to be worth the wait. The food was prepared well and tasted delicious. The most impressive thing about this restaurant was the selection of cachaças. I had never seen so many in one location in Brazil before. After my meal, there was little time to choose one (Vale Verde), buy it and return to my hotel. So my answer to the title question would be: It takes long enough for someone to be seated, place an order, then select from an extensive collection of cachaças and, finally, enjoy a good meal. My suggestion would be to let diners provide their table number and have the server bring the cachaça(s) that they wish to purchase at the end of the meal.

It is located in the Manauara Shopping, which is worth the visit by itself. I ate the Pirarucu Caboblo, which is slightly sour. I loved it. Besides that, I drank the Jambucana and Dede Melaço, which are very tasteful. I definetly would recommend this place. It is good for a get together with friends. It resembles a bar scene or casual restaurant. Food not as fancy as Banzeiro, but definitely a must go.

This restaurant is very highly rated on Trip Advisor so I thought I would give them a try. I visited with a work colleague and found the restaurant to be empty, the service friendly but slow and the food uninspired.It is a Holiday Inn hotel restaurant and that´s it. Excellent option for a Saturday morning. Facilities are simple but comfortable and staff is very attentive. Stand up paddle available for rent with reasonable prices and pleasant surroundings. Food was tasty and access was easy. To sum it up, highly recommended!
