Visited here as a group of four for dinner. This is the first Indian Iâve visited in Blackpool. I eat Indian food a lot and this was in my opinion a first class meal. Me and my partner have been on the hunt for a while trying to find a decent Indian, weâve probably tried every single one from St Anneâs to Fleetwood. After seeing the reviews for Meherin we placed an order for delivery last night. The food arrived within the hour as stated when we placed the order. We went for an onion bahji starter, a chicken tikka biryani with a masala sauce, garlic naan bread and 3 poppadoms with a chutney tray. The food was piping hot and very fresh, the flavours were absolutely outstanding. Weâve finally found a top quality Indian takeaway, canât wait to go and dine in the restaurant. We will now be regular customers on a weekly basis.

We had a meal at The Akash Saturday 19th October. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and served promptly. I would definitely return when next in Blackpool and would recommend to family and friends. Can't praise it enough

The guy who let us in was rude abrupt, miserable with no personality.The restaurant was cold, the other members of staff were pleasant, food nice but rushed. I think we shouldn't of stayed with the miserable greeting, but we were looking forward to it, I think perhaps some greeting skulls should be taught to the one that was as miserable as sin.
