How refreshing to find an unassuming Chinese Restaurant in this day and age. Too many have tried to become too âposhâ and it never works. This restaurant is beautifully clean and the service is second to none. Menu had all the usual choices and we chose salt and pepper spare ribs followed by Special curry and Chicken Satay. All perfectly cooked and what a surprise to find main courses served on traditional burners. All reasonably priced as were the drinks. Wish we had such a restaurant still around in Leeds.

The Raj has become 'The Grand India', a group of Bradfordian lads have taken it over and breathed new life into it.The food has improved immensely and the service too.I recommend the Shashi Shaslik, great lumps of perfect chicken, crispy onion and peppers. The wife recommends the Murg Tarkary, especially if you like mushrooms.Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely meal at Jaipur Spice tonight! Their banquet on a Wednesday and Sunday night is fantastic value. It's just £9.95 per person for poppadoms and dips, a starter, main, rice and naan each and veggie side between two.You need to mention before ordering you want to do the banquet and it's cash only for the banquet.Service is always really friendly and efficient when we've been in and the food is pretty nice too! It's definitely worth booking as it gets really busy on these nights.

Traveling back from Leeds stopped to eat here. The name of the restaurant has changed but the staff are still the same, we received a warm welcome. The menu is extensive with traditional dishes and a wide variety of chefs special dishes. We chose from the traditional, vegetable samosa, mixed starter, prawn bhuna, prawn Rogan Josh. Everything was delicious and well presented. The service was excellent too. I can really recommend this restaurant. Thanks for your wonderful review.Looking forward to see you back.

We happened upon this modest restaurant and were warmly welcomed by the young women running it who were absolutely charming throughout our meal. The food was excellent, very fresh and the spicing was well judged. To cap it all, there was a great choice of superb ice creams including vegan options: a range of flavours and made by one of the staff. Fantastic, highly recommended.
