Popped in on a Saturday night without a reservation, we were greeted with "yes Sir, no problems. Made to feel very welcome from start to finish. As always the food was superb, the staff are very friendly, not to much but enough to make you feel valued, and extremely knowledgable about thier menu.

Our most recent visit was a Friday night, it was quiet and we were surprised. We love the food here, especially the fish. The service is wonderful too. Don't be put off by the decor, do visit and enjoy the delicious Thai cuisine!

Staff rude and conceited. Restaurant small and tables too close for staff to work. Constant asking for diners to move chairs. They serve flat soft drinks from 2 litre bottles as opposed to draught or small bottles. Wi-Fi code not given when requested. Food standard is average.Overall a bad experience which will not be repeated!

We had lunch here last week....there is a new £12.50 menu for 2 courses or £15.00 for 3 courses which I did point out when we arrived, that there is no mention of this on their website. We chose from this menu and I had delicious Duck Spring Rolls to start with, followed by Sweet and Sour Chicken with Steamed Rice, which was VERY good. For dessert I had a lovely Panna Cotta.Wonderful friendly service, great food and wonderful value, what more could we want??? We shall return!!

Stopped at House of Yum for lunch during a day out in Shrewsbury and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, and though I don't recall her name, I'd like to say a special thank you to the lady who served us - taking the time to explain menus really made us feel welcome.We will definitely be back again.

We are very fortunate to have some great restaurants in Shrewsbury. This restaurant is up there with the best. We visited with some friends, who love Japanese food and visit this restaurant regularly. We just let them order everything, we had several cold and warm starters which we shared, then a couple of main courses to share. I havenât really eaten Japanese food much before, but the food was amazing. We also had a great bottle of Japanese plum wine. The staff are attentive and the service was excellent. I canât wait to visit again.

Saw this place on line on our way to Shrewsbury for the day.the guy that served us was so amazing with his food knowledge. I had a dish with glass noodles belly pork it came in a small pot with a lid dipping sauce amazing.the food here is a taste explosion we shared octopus dough balls very strange but good.hubby had butchers cut which that day was bacon chop in a sauce with mac n cheese also very good.this place has a good vibe.Good afternoon mariabR1100TK, I'm glad that you were so impressed by the service and knowledge of our staff during your recent visit. Always receive a warm welcome here, such a friendly, smiling reception. We usually have our normal table waiting as we tend to dine early.Order taken quickly and food arrives promptly. Every meal we have had here tastes delicious. Recently refurbished so very pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended!

Wandering through the brilliant market we found this amazing gem. Amazing service, happy and polite staff. Food was exceptional. Everything was explained about the food as we hadn't eaten here before. Good choice of unlimited tea. Aromatic and flavorful. We'll be back on our next visit to Shrewsbury.
