Perhaps it was our fault for ordering steak. Just missing "American" style food after many years. Service was a bit slow - not terrible, but slow enough to notice. They didn't have the dishes we ordered, but didn't tell us until a good 10 min after we ordered. So we changed the order. Asked for Medium rare steaks, but it was more like blue rare. We didn't send it back b/c we aren't grossed out by that. Steaks were very tough for being NY strip. Veggies were supposed to be tender-crisp, but really just hot but raw. Having owned a fast food restaurant in NY, I can say that this is a good attempt to make burgers somewhat American-style. I have eaten from the Burger Bar twice. Both times all the food was served cold (main dish and side order) something which is a big turnoff. The burger buns were huge and seriously out of proportion to the meat. The fries were stale and the sauces somewhat watery. The premises were clean and the staff was very polite although they seemed really new/inexperienced at what they are doing.thank you very much for your review! it helping us

Don't even bother try to eat at this restaurant. First of all smoking is permitted all over the restaurant, inside and outside. Tried their a la carte menu and the food was really bad. Made the mistake to visit them again for their Sunday's brunch...Didn't even filled my plate, I leaved the place, as the food was really poor and the flies were having party on it...Most of their personell has bad attitude and they are showing complete indifference...So bad overall. Total X.

Imaginative menu with lots of choices. We stayed away from the pancakes because they looked too fattening but delicious nonetheless, and went for the falafel. Excellent. Served with avocado slices and peri peri sauce, it was heavenly. Added a salad with lettuces, nuts, tomatoes and strawberries and it was a great brunch for dinner. Comfortable seating and good service.
