I typically visit Taiwan every November and while in Taiwan, I enjoy joining the cooking classes here to learn how to make the food I love by myself. This year, 2020, I could not travel due to the pandemic. Taiwan has been doing very well during the pandemic in controlling the spread. My concern is more of getting on the plane etc. As my craving for Taiwanese food continued, I checked the website online and was ecstatic to find out that I can join a virtual class, horay! I got in touch with Chelsea (lovely lady, professional and sweet) and made a few requests. She was very accommodating due to my situation. I immediately booked two classes: the scallion pancakes and the potsticker classes. They sent instructions in advance. The instructions were easy to understand and I was able to get everything prepared. Diana was my instructor for both classes. She was beyond words!!!! In my first pancake making class, I messed up the dough. I showed her my failed dough in front of the camera and she immediately made the suggestion to do it over. I was concerned about her time and she patiently waited for me to start the dough again and watched me step by step. It is wonderful because what I was worried about attending a virtual class did not realize: I loved the in-person class because when you mess up you know the instructor will come to the rescue. I did not expect this to happen in a virtual class, but it did. Thank you Diana for ensuring that the scallion pancakes I made were delicious! Oh, the potstickers were amazing too. These two dishes now have been collected under my repertoire for party surprises! Yes, serving potstickers and scallion pancakes is not big deal to a party but if you show it off by making it right there, it definitely will draw a crowd. Oh! BTW, for potstickers they also teach you the secrets of making the beautiful fried dough flakes!!! My friends saw the pictures I took and immediately grilled me for the secrets!

I had a foot with an ad-hoc neck and shoulder massage at Relax 33 yesterday. The staff was very friendly and polite. The place is villa themed and spacious that I felt very comfortable. Waynoby (#7), the massage therapist, was professional and appeased pain for all the tight spots and knots around my neck and legs. The techniques he used were a combination of the Eastern style oil massage and foot reflexology. He told me to pay attention to my digestive problems as he massaged the reflexology of stomach on foot and leg. He was friendly and communicative. I was able to relax and to walk without soreness the whole day afterwards. 33 莊園內設備完善乾淨，服務人員態度良好。我ㄧ到那裡看到南洋風情又寬敞的空間就覺得放鬆。服務人員在我預約時就跟我說明足療師傅是男生。七號，Waynoby, 師傅是很會按而且特別加強酸痛的肌肉。力道剛好不會讓我不舒服。師傅還會看情況聊天。整個療程是愉快放鬆的。唯一美中不足的地方就是其它客人可能會在休息區大聲的聊天。不過我還是會再來。

Thumbs up for this spa, been to different massage in different county. One of the best thus far, given clean slipper and tea and foot scrub and soak before massage provided you arrive on time for your appointment. Ended with warm tea and biscuits after massage. Definitely recommended !

Hsing Tian Gong honours Guan Yu, the patron saint of businessmen. The construction is relatively new; it was erected in 1967. "Ghost money" is no longer burnt at the temple, in an effort to reduce air pollution in the city. It is not as venerable as Lungshan Temple, but it is a lot cleaner.

We took the Red Line from the Main Station 4 stops SE to Daan Park Station and walked 200 m E to the beginning of the Jianguo Weekend Flower Market. Located under the Jianguo Elevated Road, the beautiful potted and cut flowers, bamboo, orchids, bonsai plants, trees, garden fountains and planting accessories run north for 600 m until reaching the Jade Market. There is also a small produce market. We enjoyed our 1 hour circuit. Its all free and no matter what the weather, its dry with the curtained walls.

The Taiwanese are generally very well mannered, and the service in the whole shopping centre was no different. Has a plethora or stores and places to eat. The Ferris wheel helps too, but a good place to chill in the day and when dusk hits, you can make your way to the Shilin night market.

It's a must for collectors or miniatures lover. The details of these miniatures being displayed at the museum definitely worth your time and ticket fees. This museum is located on the basement of a commercial building, upon arriving to this building you will see a pillar with advertisement of this museum, surely you can see that walking towards the building using your google map or other apps. Once you read the entrance, you need to go downstairs and get your ticket, then the entrance is just next to the counter. This place will take 1hour to finish the tour depending on your speed and interest on these. I must say the details on these miniatures are just amazing, some are collected long ago and some are new, they also have a My Comic Era which you can enjoy collector's item of Ultraman and others.
