Had the best tour guide Cody! He was very knowledgeable, fun, and an Eagle Scout! I mean that literally...he would spot an Eagle hundreds of feet away on top of a tree while on the snowmobile! Absolutely wild! So worth the experience!

Best customer service ever! Every person we interacted with was wonderful. David, on the phone, was patient dealing with six very different ladies and a whole bunch of questions and multiple changes! The three young men that brought and fitted all the gear handled our crazy bunch of ladies really well (I know we can be a bit overwhelming when we are all together and having fun). Gage, 'Ron Jon', and the 16yr old that I didn't get a name for ????????♀️, thank you so much for keeping us organized and making sure we had all the right equipment! Slope side, when some last minute adjustments needed to be made, Noah was quick getting to us, minimizing the delay on hitting the slopes! And last but not least, the pick up, Cassidy and David (again) helped us figure out how, when and where to get our gear back to Black Tie. Their pick up service is truly the best part, no lugging skis in and out of cars!!

We were blessed with good weather during our visit to Yellowstone this fall. Due to snow on the ground and the shop’s advice I changed my plans from mountain biking to road biking. The knowledgeable staff was able to give me excellent bike route options for my weeklong stay. I can’t say enough good things about the ladies that work at the shop and their Chai Lattes were exceptional too.

Travelers great service and great equipment combined with the great local trials of West Yellowstone make for a great vacation! We were beginners to snowmobiling and they took great care of us. Highly recommend renting the clothing; add a couple layers of your own underneath and you are good to go! Days Inn is conveniently located just across the street. Awesome experience all around!

A group of five of us rented snowmobiles and it was such a great experience from beginning to end. The introduction was awesome and the snowmobiles felt brand new. They explained the map and the terrain was breathtaking. The customer service is amazing and the place has a real family vibe to it. If you are staying in Big Sky and want to take a day off skiing -- this is an awesome adventure!!

The new Polaris RZR 900 road great and the trails that Russ sent us to were beautiful and fun for all ages. It was one of the highlights of our trip out west and we would recommend Russ and Yellowstone ATV to anyone!
