I am lucky enough to live in this postcard picturesque area on the edge of the famous Cotswolds region. It's easily reached from Oxford city- where I happen to be an experienced tour guide too. So if you book a tour with me, not only can I tell you lots about the Cotswolds heritage but also its connections to Oxford and eg the famous Oxford pre Raphaelite artists such as William Morris who lived in this region. On the tour, I will also introduce the historical monuments which we'll visit such a Roman villa & the ruins of a medieval manor house.

Inclusions: Myself as your personal private guide, introducing local sights, history & heritage

Exclusions: There will be opportunities to stop for lunch or drinks but please bring water., I can advise you regarding public transport arrangements to meet point & end of tour, Option also exists to arrange shorter route but means I'd pre book a taxi which you'd need to pay

Did this tour as part of a trip to Oxford with my husband and our two little ones (8 and 12) - was a little concerned about their stamina for the cycling but our guide (Alasdair?) was happy to take it slow for us and all had a lovely time! Lovely day out, beautiful views and we now all know a lot more about the Cotswalds for sure!

What a fantastic evening at Fat Squirrel just before Christmas. Me and a couple of friends decided to try something different. Christmas music, fairy lights, sparklers, mulled wine and some yummy food sat around our own campfire. It was cozy and atmospheric. Highly recommended for a group of friends looking to do something outdoors (I didn’t take many photos as we were enjoying ourselves too much!)
