I have been training here for over 2 years now and I can honestly say I have gotten more out of it than I ever could have imagined. I have taken classes with Simon, Adam and Sifu Paul and love them all. The balance of martial arts/self defence with a general sense of community, fun, friendliness and respect is perfect for me. I couldn't recommend the school more.

I could just write a review after every massage due to how fantastic this place is. I’ve had multiple massages from foot reflexology, to hand reflexology, to Swedish back and shoulders, hot stone, reiki etc. It doesn’t matter who you have doing the treatment, the relaxation and feelings you experience are unlike no other. I most recently had a back/shoulder/neck massage with Saffy and I could have cried in joy at the relief I felt from her incredible skills. I honestly can not write enough about how fantastic it is and how much Laroma Therapies can ease my anxiety. 10/10.

I just wish I'd discovered this place sooner...I visited with my mum and sister as a birthday surprise for my mum! We were all booked in for a Sanctum Spa Indulgence and had a wonderful day of pampering!! We had the body polish, full body massage and pedicure and all felt absolutely pampered and so relaxed. The girls were all so lovely and welcoming yet also very professional! We will all be visiting again in the near future. Thank you girls for a lovely day!

I have been seeing Di for treatments over the last 6 months. Di is very kind and caring and offers the treatment you need through manual therapies. I have had a Thai massage and an oil massage, both of which I have loved.

My 13 year old daughter wanted her eyebrows shaped for the first time and we were recommended to Palak by a close friend. We were made to feel extremely welcome and she was excellent at explaining everything and very patient. My daughter said the eyebrow threading hardly hurt and is thrilled with her new shape. Palak took the time to advise and ensure my daughter was happy. As my daughter wanted to book a treatment, I decided to book to have my eyebrows and lashes dyed at the same time. Having used many local beauticians, the attention to detail and professionalism was first class. I am so thrilled with the service we received today and would not hesitate to recommend Palak.
