I had a reoccurring pain in my left shoulder as I’m a plasterer so I contacted Anita and just after the first sports massage I was free from that pain. On the following session Anita recommended a food / nutrition management plan to help me lose unwanted inches (as I tended to eat food from Greg’s that caused me to be unhealthy and overweight) After 4 sessions with Anitas advice I have lost inches and I’m at least a size smaller. My trousers are looser as I’m having to pull it up all the time and people have noticed the difference. I feel great and I love eating healthy too. I’ve had lots of massages and holistic therapies in my travels esp China, Thailand, Indonesia and Anita is the only one that is highly knowledgeable and experienced with excellent intuition providing exactly what your body and mind needs. I look forward to returning for my next treatment and I strongly recommend Anita. Gerard James

Inflata Nation

Reviewed By bigkidreally

Ooh, another Inflata Nation, right here in the Midlands! We are being spoilt. It didn't take me long to plan my next little adventure :D This is the fifth Inflata Nation I've been to. It's fun to visit the different ones, as they're all different designs. I'm getting quite good at this now :o) Getting there: I rode the train to the nearest train station (which is Sandwell and Dudley), followed by a leisurely twenty minute walk to Astle Retail Park, which is where Inflata Nation West Bromwich is located. It's a simple walk. Turn right out of the train station, and just keep going. Bromford Road becomes Bromford Lane, which then becomes Moor Street, and then becomes St. Michael Street. You eventually arrive at an old church, with a high steeple, that makes a great landmark. You turn left at the church, then walk along the High Street, until you come to the pedestrian access to Astle Retail Park, on your right. There's a bus station near to the church I mentioned, and the buses here looked a slick operation, with some of the bus stops even having electronic departure boards (posh, innit!) so perhaps that's worth looking into. If you're driving, the retail park has a large car park, although the parking is not free, and the car park is run by one of those private parking companies, so be careful there. The nearby Tesco car park has free parking on Sundays, and free parking after 6pm, which will be perfect for anyone going to the grown-ups only sessions :D So, arrived and got checked in. I had booked online, which is good as it guarantees your place if they're busy. Booking online also lets you use discount codes. I'm signed up to their email mailing list, so I know all the discount codes. My waiver was already stored on their system, from previous visits to some of their other sites, so no form filling for me. Hurrah! The inflatable park is upstairs in the building. There's stairs and an escalator. The escalator goes up. So at the start of your session, when you're bright eyed and bushy tailed, you get to ride the escalator up to the inflatable park. At the end of your session, when you're completely knackered, you have to take the stairs. Somebody's got a good sense of humour! Everybody watched the safety video, then on we went. It's all brand new, and super slippy :o) The air pressure in this one was absolutely perfect. It was a delight to bounce on. Although they have lots of fun activities, it's just as much fun to simply bounce! They have an area dedicated to just simply bouncing on huge bubbles, and that is one of my favourites. They have impressive wipeout balls, and they were proper challenging! It's like they had a non-stick coating! :D At Manchester (and now Birmingham!) I've become quite adept at actually bouncing on top of the wipeout balls. I tried that here, and promptly met the bouncy floor :D There's a huge ballpool, with a slide :o) There's also eight big orange balls in the ballpool. They're fun to climb on, and jump from one to another. Although they all look the same, one of them didn't hold its air pressure like the others. It caught me by surprise, and I fell off :D On further goes, this one ball caused me to misjudge, which then caused me to fall off the next ball. Dunno if the booby trap is intentional, but it certainly added to the fun! :o) There are two straight slides and two bumpy slides. They were so fast that I always had a big grin on my face when I got to the end. The bumpy slides were my favourite. The third one along is the best one ;o) The catapult slide, I didn't manage to catapult, but it's a nice idea, and I'll keep practicing. I used it as a base jump instead :D The airbag that you land in is soooo deep, I really did have fun with it, even the staff commented on how much fun I was having, hehe! I didn't do any gladiator jousting, but I did play on the equipment, and fell off backwards without even needing to be prodded with an inflatable pugil stick. I bounced on the inflatable pillow, and did the obstacle course over and over again. There's some other stuff that you balance on and crawl under, as well as some biff bash stuff. The activities were very tiring, and doing two hours in this one was hard going! The lady in the cafe was particularly friendly, and sorted me out with the best drinks deals, which was totally needed. It was school holidays when I visited, and I'm already hugely looking forward to visiting again, when all the kids are back at school, so I can have lots more goes on the slides, and not get pelted with quite so many ballpit balls, haha!! :oþ
