This is a really great Hotel. The Palazzo is huge and marvellous. The sculpture garden is amazing and beautiful. The service is professional but also very friendly. My only criticism is the wine list. It is missing many really good Italian wines which normally attract quite reasonable prices. My wife loves pinot Grigio and there was only one wine on the menu ( which was quite extraordinary Ferus-??) But Overall we certainly recommend this great Hotel

Came here for a practice while visiting Florence and loved it! Guido taught a great class that was appropriate for all levels of practitioners and challenged me to get deeper into the poses. The studio is beautiful and in a central location. The staff spoke excellent English and made it very easy to drop in. I would definitely recommend it and will be back next time I'm in Florence!

It’s a small and cozy spa, with a complete menu of treatments for body and soul! After a stressed year studing at Milan, this was a perfect gift from my mom to me during our holidays @ the hotel. Erica is super kindness and has fairy’s hands, thank you to all the staff.

Everything was so professional and clean. As soon as I entered they gave me shoe covers so you can tell the cleanliness level in the salon. The pleasant lady took me through to the room with a beautiful ceiling, and very lovely rooms. The massage itself was amazing, just what I needed. It's shocking how much strength she had, I actually had to ask for lower pressure, which I didn't expect from a lady masseuse. She even got on top of me and was doing the massage from there, overall great techniques involved, no laziness, and I had a great time, would recommend.

I found this spa via a google search and contacted the owner via email. She was quick to respond, easy to talk to and was very accommodating. I wanted to book a massage and body scrub for both myself and my friend as a birthday gift to myself. The owner and I worked out the details and made a booking. The facility is in the back of an old palazzo and garden in a very charming part of Florence outside of the main tourist area. We arrived on the morning of my birthday and was welcomed into the space. We had a nice soak and steam before our massages and scrubs. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. My massage was exactly as I ask for and really helped "melt the road" off of me - we had been traveling for 10 days by that point and I was very sore. After our treatments the owner checked us out and - in the pouring rain - walked us down the street to a restaurant that she recommended for lunch. If you are in Florence and want to pamper yourself, this is the place to go!
