The tour itself was not very well organized. The segways were fairly beat up, which was reflected in their poor maneuverability. The tour guide seemed to know the city but his ability to translate to English was not great. This was further exacerbated by the electronic communicators that were provided, which lacked the range to go beyond the first segway, so most of us couldn’t hear the tour guide.

Not traditional Chinese If you’re going to call yourself Chinatown food and promised to serve original Chinese food then that’s what you say, the food here his mate to western Taste it doesn’t have the traditional Chinese spices and herbs and doesn’t have that Chinese food cake that you normally find any genuine China town restaurant. Only 7 people and the tour was by Van. The driver guided us during the drive but no guide joined us at our stop in Castellina. Professional presentations at the wineries. Especially at Poggio Amorreli with Andrea where we were treated with Spumante, one white and two red Chianti and one supertuscan. We also got bread, cheese, salami with their own balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The driver called for a taxi upon arrival in Florence ????

My husband and I did this tour and it was fabulous - the driver was great and there were only four of us so you could talk away to the driver - we scooted through the city easily on the golf cart and it was such good fun and we saw loads of amazing stuff, I’d highly recommend this tour

It was a nice walk around the city, and the guide was also very nice. I think it was somewhat lacking in information, like the tour could have been a bit more filled with nuggets of information... But maybe i'm just picky! it was a rainy day so part of the time we were sheltering from rain :)

Florence, in my opinion, is an open-air museum. I really liked this city. My wife was dissatisfied with him, said that she expected more. For her, the whole architecture is boring, monotonous, and unimpressive. We did not visit all the attractions that we had planned, because in the middle of the day it began to rain heavily. All photos are attached. If you have the opportunity, visit all the most important sights, we followed the following route: Mercato Nuovo, San Miniato al Monte, Piazza della Repubblica, Basilica of Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti, Piazzale Michelangelo, Galleria dell'Accademia, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Santa Maria del Fiore, The Uffizi Galleries. We also visited the Museo Casa di Dante, I can not say that I really liked this museum, but if there is an opportunity, it is worth getting to know Dante Alighieri better, because he made a great contribution to the development of the city according to the guide. We had lunch at the restaurant Matto Matto, here is an exclusive Italian cuisine, delicious food, selected according to reviews, liked the place, good service, everything was quickly prepared. It turned out to be expensive – about 50 euros, but we did not deny ourselves anything. We took excursions around the city, because it was difficult to organize trips to the sights ourselves. It was the best possible way to see Florence! Highly recommend. We wanted regular bikes at first but electric is the way to go because we went very high and saw the entire city. Our bikes were best quality and the tour guide Cloud was amazing.
