I took a tour with the group from Carthage to La Goulette. It was a beautiful sunny day, we were a diverse group of all ages. The guides were very friendly and accommodating, and the routes we took were beautiful. We explored a path that goes from Carthage to La Goulette all along the coast, and we explored the residential streets with beautiful homes in La Goulette. I would highly recommend this to visitors and residents alike!

Hassan IDALI, our guide, took us on a great walk from the village up the mountain. Hassan was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and wildlife making this a very good visit for all. Hassan was brilliant with the kids and got them a mule to ride on which they loved and I would highly recommend- my kids are 8 and 11 and were happy to ride instead of walk! The walk was not too challenging physically but a beautiful to experience the mountains

Taximami has been very efficient and responsive. I booked them twice. One is from Tunis Airport to Hammamet and 2nd is Hammamet to La Marsa. Very reasonable price. The drivers are punctual and communicates clearly. Both my drivers have gone beyond my expectation. The 1st driver actually waited for us as our flight delayed from Marrakech. And our 2nd driver, Nizam actually helped me to call my host in La Marsa as it was raining heavily and did not leave us until the host picked us up in the rain. Highly recommended!!!!

A few dozen kilometers from Tozeur and Nefta are Chebika, Tamerza, and Midès, oases in a landscape of mountains that is one of the most moving sites in southern Tunisia. In this breathtakingly beautiful landscape, every oasis is different. In Chebika, a wadi runs down the side of a steep mountain, forming waterfalls and rivulets where frogs have made their home. The old village of Tamerza abandoned like a ghost village, looks out at a spectacular mountainous landscape; its lush oasis is fed by a towering waterfall. Last but not least, Midès, tucked away into a dizzyingly high canyon, boasts spectacular views. you’ll get to explore the real-life filming locations of your favorite intergalactic epic. Travel between sights in a private, air-conditioned 4WD vehicle, getting a close-up to peek at Luke Skywalker’s house, the streets of Mos Espa, and the Yardangs, plus many more.

The tour was amazing! We enjoyed the Medina in Tunis, walked around the market, had coffee in a traditional place and ate at a wonderful traditional place, recommended by the guide. Carthage was also exceptional with amazing roman ruins that we enjoyed and Sidi Bousaid was just magi. White houses with blue windows and particular decorations, friendly people, amazing coffee and stunning views of the city. Definitely recommended! The guide was very friendly, helpful and brought us to the nicest places. Don’t miss it!!

Dougga is the pinnacle of the Roman presence in Tunisia and looks out majestically over the hills. What perhaps makes it so aesthetically pleasing is its geography – perched on high, it is a picture of verdancy and her stone columns stand proudly against the green countryside. It occupies an unusual position for a Roman town because its origins date back well before the Romans, in fact, it was a Numidian stronghold and enjoyed great prosperity through Masinissa, its ruler. Bulla Regia is a remarkable Roman city, in northwestern Tunisia, near the modern city of Jendouba. It is celebrated for its semi-subterranean housing, a feature that most likely was a response to the need for protection against excessive heat in summer and the cold in winter. The experience of exploring complete, superbly preserved villas is quite incredible; Bulla Regia remains a unique Roman city in having two-storey dwellings with one floor underground.
