Visited this office to get information on Himi and the Juliana Line. They could not have been more helpful. Staff spoke excellent English and gave brochures in English. An excellent place to get the basic local information. I must mention the excellent guide to Takaoka they have in English - a must for anyone visiting. There is also a similar office at Shin Takaoka - the Shinkansen Station.
