This is a well maintained medieval parish church. It is surrounded by an award winning wildlife rich churchyard. A number of WWII airmen are buried here in a section given over to war graves. We meet once a month for Sunday worship, and twice every Tuesday. Baptism, Wedding an Funeral enquiries are welcome.

A very peaceful place with a beautiful view of Porthmeor Beach. It was very interesting the headstones and of some of the people buried here. Some were Master Mariners, where others had served in the wars, especially one of Mary Gyles Andrews whom served in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force. The surname ‘Carbines’ featured very heavily here so presumably this family name is heavily associated with St. Ives. The beautiful gravestone of the late Artist, Alfred Wallis, was also lovely to look at.

Went for the morbid curiosity tour with Emily, she had so much information about the cemetary and the people burried there, and could answer all our questions. The tour was very interesting and atmospheric (helped by the fact that it was pitch black, we were shown graves by torchlight and a black cat followed us around the whole cemetary!)

This church is beautiful. It is huge, for such a small village. The snowdrops and primroses were out when we visited but the main beauty and interest is inside. The church offers several informative information boards. The church was hit by a devastating lightning strike in C17 and it was commemorated by the erection of huge boards describing events. The church boasts colourful, interesting ceiling bosses and an ancient painted wooden screen into the choir. There is also a colourful, intriguing animatronic horse hosting "Uncle Tom Cobley and all". It would be fabulous to see it in operation
