My son organised a day out with a guide to go over crib goch on Snowdon, it was the last path left to do and one to do with out me his Dad slowing him down ( I'm 58 he's 17). We met up with James, who's knowledge and advice about futher walks in the area was very helpful. My Son won't thank me but he came out of his shell that day and since that memorable day has had me to the top of Snowdon for my 7th time and his 8th. We have just got him a voucher for next year once we get to near normality. Thanks once again to James for a day that changed my sons life and a day he will remember forever

My partner and I booked our session in mid October 2020. Our taster session of 1 hour started at 18.00pm. We met up with our trainer Jenny about 10 mins before where she gave us an introduction to the session. Jenny was lovely, really friendly and enthusiastic. Jenny is a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor and is affiliated to the Nordic Walking UK association. We had a very informative session under excellent Covid 19 safety measures. Jenny took some really nice photos of us at the sunset, and she kindly offered to send them after the session!!We will definitely visit Snowdonia in Summer 2021 and looking forward to book the 3 hours Nordic walking session with Jenny. Highly Recommended!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting North Wales in March 2020 where I Nordic Walked for the first time. My guide, Jen, was an incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We started at her farm where she showed me the techniques and had a brief chat about the route we would take. We then started on the walk straight from her farm and completed a loop, with spectacular views! The walk was a perfect combination of peaceful with a few uphill challenges. I would highly recommend a visit to NW and trying out Nordic Walking with Jen!

Our walk with Simon was really enjoyable and i felt very confident letting Simon lead the way. He was well prepared and communication and instructions prior to the walk were clear and easy to understand. He was very professional and informative and was not only able to share his knowledge around the local area he was also willing to share his experience to help us plan for our upcoming trip to Everest Base Camp. Simon ensured he walked at our pace and always had one eye on the weather. He was always willing to tweak the route for us to explore the rocks and things in the distance which made us feel that the walk was really tailored to our sense of adventure. Overall it was a fantastic day and i would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

With Snowdon being popular it's paths can become very crowded indeed. However, the path we will take only ever has a handful of walkers and midweek we'll have it to ourselves! This is remarkable as Snowdon is quite rightly the most visited mountain peak in the UK. This allows for our tour to the summit of sSnowdon to be a relaxed event and one with a true flavour of isolation. A true mountain experience, so to speak

Andy is an excellent guide, keeping you entertained yet is always professional! He makes sure everyone everyone feels comfortable and safe, and facilitates a really welcoming environment. I would also highly recommend this tour, as the waterfalls are beautiful and it's a nice distance. You feel like you have had a good walk but aren't dying by the end! It's useful to have a guide too as it can be easy to get a bit lost in the area.

I joined the North Wales Adventure with Busy Bus, on 26/9/2020. It was a fantastic day trip through N. Wales and the Snowdonia Park. The places we visited, the scenery we met, the organisation of the trip were brilliant. Frank, our driver and guide was amazing! He made our tour unforgettable! A wonderful man, who loves his job and made us a little Welsh too. I'm looking forward to joining more day trips with Busy Bus. Thank you.

We were picked up in Chester and Covid practice was very good and adhered to all day. Our trip toured North Wales and the day was so much fun, full of lovely scenery. Our lovely driver Frank gave us lots of information and history about the places we were visiting, really excellent. If you're worried about heights then the last adventure over the aquaduct probably isn't for you, as my husband realised ???? Thank you so much Frank, we'll be back, and I'll try not to forget my coat next time!! Kerris

I’ve been hiking with Citymountaineering for 4 years now and it’s always been a pleasure. I love only having to show up and the rest is already taken care of. This scrambling weekend started with a smooth train journey, then short transport by minibus to the camp site where the tents were already pitched (thank you Stuart!). In glorious weather we scrambled up a gully on Saturday and a ridge on Sunday and did some lovely hiking with great views in addition to that. Stuart made sure we were always safe and we could opt for a rope, even if it was just for peace of mind. A very small and friendly group and always enough time to ask questions about hiking, nature, surroundings or anything else really. Thank you for a brilliant weekend! See you on one the Little Western Islands Expedition trip next.
