the temple is siuated at hill at the outshirtd of Siliguri at certain heights. its is balm to eyes as surrounded by hilly beuaty and testa river view!!! the temple itself brings up the spiritual feeling. one can enjoy the cornation bridge near by while enjoying roasted corn!!!!

This place is good for people from any age group. The buses for safari are on time and well maintained. The park is still in making but developing well. I didn't have much time to explore the park this time but did the safari combo. The gates to the safari will give you a quick recall of the "Jurassic Park". Herbivores unit is basically a Deer Park and Tiger safari has just one Tiger to showcase. But you won't regret.

It's an elephant corridor between Jaldapara National park and Buxa Tiger reserve, near Alipurduar and Hasimara of North Bengal. The name probably derived from Cooch army commander Chila Ray, who took shelter here. Earlier it was the hunting ground of Cooch Kings. In the ancient past it was the North Eastern frontier outpost of the Gupta empire. Better known as Nal Rajar Garh, it has a ruined fort of the Nal Kings, which is now a major attraction for tourists besides wildlife. Near the fort gate there are few incredible trees called Ramguna, on cut it drains blood like red colour juice. Elephants, leopards, bisons are very common here, driving through the forest is really amazing.

Vega circle is very small for a mall but the bramds there are worth paying a visit. The Forever21 store is the best place to shop.
You could watch movies at the multiplex (Inox)
Eat at the Food court or Barista
Go grocery shopping at Spencer's
The outside Seating is also good and there are games for the kids as well.
Hopefully we get to see more brands.
The flip side would be.. You won't get good collection in most brands...no great food outlet and eating is expensive Rs.126 for a plate of steamed momos!)

LOKNATH MANDIR is another place of tourist attraction of Siliguri. This beautiful temple (Baba Lokenath Lotus Temple) is situated in Dagapur, on Hill Cart road near Darjeeling more, just a bit outskirt of the town Siliguri.
The temple is popularly known as Baba Lokenath Lotus Temple due to its lotus bud like shape. Inside the lotus temple there is idol of BABA LOKNATH. There is an idol of ‘SHIVALOKNATH’ opposite the main temple building. There is another temple of Lord Shiva, Laxmi-Ganesh and Radha-Krishna, called ‘MA MILAN MANDIR’ situated beside the main temple. An idol of Goddess Ganga is placed in the middle of a pond with Fountain inside the Lokenath Mandir premises.
The ‘TIRODHAN UTSAV’ of Baba Lokenath is celebrated here with full devotion on 19th Jaistha (2nd June). The temple is decorated with flowers and lights. On this special occasion, thousands of the devotees come here for worship. A fair is held on the eve of this special occasion. The organizer of the temple committee also serves ‘PRASHADS’ to the devotees.
A charity organization, Baba Lokenath Mission, organizes free eye & medical camp and many other aid camps for the needy people.
