Selja Kloster, Selje

Reviewed By Jana_NOR - Bergen, Norway

We booked a boat trip with guided walk to the Selja monastery at Fjord Guiding for our party of 3 adults and 3 children. It was a cloudy day in July with a slight rain, however all of us enjoyed this trip. The boat is very comfortable, the captain was kind and answered all our questions. The guided walk was amazing, we got to know a lot about St.Sunniva and Selja monastery. We were allowed to try the bell in the tower and climbed up via a really narrow staircase up into the tower. The view from the cave down to the monastery and sea was wonderful. Both the kids and the adults enjoyed the trip!
