Loved the venue- loved the show. Very friendly atmosphere and enjoyed the glass of wine before the show and chatting with other guests. Remarkable endurance shown by these professional dancers. Such precision and talent. And a joy to watch.

Die Kathedralkirche Maria Himmelfahrt

Reviewed By NeilandBarbara - Wirral UK

The Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary, St Polten.
Located in the centre of St Polten, with pay parking available in the adjacent Cathedral square. There has been a church here since 790, but the original Cathedral dates back to the 1200's, though much of it dates from the 1600's following a fire. I looks large, but essentially quite plain on the outside, but when you pass through the large metal covered doors the full majesty of the Cathedral reveals itself. It bursts with Baroque grandeur. Lined with detailed side chapels, the nave leads to a wonderful Baroque altar. When we visited, the Cathedral was full of school children having a "back to school" service, so we were limited how much we could see. This is an impressive church.

Prandtauerkirche und Karmeliterhof
