A Contemporary Craft and Fine Art Gallery in Salida, CO. The work in the gallery is as varied as the community in which it's located. We carry Fine Art by Charles Frizzell, Walker Moore, Dan Stouffer, Justin Clements, Barton DeGraaf and Steve Weed. Our hand crafted studio furniture is by Gary Hand. We also have the largest selection of blown glass artists in the valley. We have hand crafted fine Jewelry in Sterling and 14K-18K gold by Jerry Scavezze and Toni Tischer and friends. We also carry pottery, sculpture, fabric, and don't forget to check out our fun lines of Jewelry in the drawers. Each drawer has a different artist's work in it and nothing is over $100. My sessions were with Gene Tkatschenko and he gives exemplary care and time to his client. He is completely knowledgeable on the body for the treatments. He was meticulous in his care, explaining what was going to happen during the session and why he needed to work on the various areas of my body. This he surmised as he 'read' the body. The pain I'd had in my knees for many months was gone after the first session. In other areas there were always improvements, perhaps where I didn't even know improvements were needed. I've told Gene of my improvements and reactions. I now walk taller and without pain. I sit more erect. The carriage of my body is upright. And I walk briskly now. We decided it was because I once again can trust what my knees are going to do. I'm in my late 70s and wish I'd found this type of treatment earlier in life. I would then periodically revisit the work. And will do just that at this point in my life. Yes, moving the fascia does hurt, but Gene is so knowledgeable I had complete trust in that we'd get through the pain, and the gain on the other side would be worth it. It always was! Gene has my resounding approval. Treatment started in November and was finished in January 2020.
