We‘ve learned quite a lot about the ancient history and Alex showed us lovely places to spend our time here in Bordeaux. With his spontaneous, heart-warming and charming way, this evening got even better! Thank you so much for this amazing welcome in your beautiful and interesting city :)

We loved our morning. Julie, our guide, worked so hard speaking in both English, for us, and French for the Belgian ladies who were in the tour with us, telling us about Bordeaux (history and current) and wine as well as happily answering our questions. The chateaux were interesting and the wine tasting enjoyable, sitting on a terrace overlooking the vineyards. The second part of our trip was a visit to St. Emilion village, brilliantly guided by Julie. She even kindly dropped us off at the railway station on the way back.

My husband and I did a private tour of st. Emilion and Medoc in Feb. 2020 and it was a fantastic experience. Since we haven’t been able to travel back this past year we are now really enjoying their wine club. It is so great receiving handpicked bottles from Bordeaux. I highly recommend scheduling a tour or joining the wine club.
