What to do and see in Rosario, Litoral: The Best Boat Tours & Water Sports

September 28, 2021 Timmy Ribble

This urban waterworld is a fast-growing city tucked into a bend of the Parana River about 186 miles northwest of Buenos Aires. Slip into a kayak or take a cruise for the best river views, or hit the city center, bustling with discos, theaters, pedestrian malls, restaurants and parks popular with cyclists. A national monument on the riverbank honors the city's historic role as the site where the Argentine flag was first flown.

Boyando Escuela de Kayakismo

Kayak school focused on exploration. Distant destinations for greater tranquility, every week a different one. Long shifts that allow us to get away from the crowd and boats to spend time in nature, plus plenty of time to practice maneuvers with the boat, lift, rescues, rolido, props. Explanatory talks about navigation, winds, safety in the river and other things that make life on the island. Saturdays we leave early before the engines of the boatmen scare us the birds and we appreciate the landscape with the fresh air of the morning to take refuge in the shade when arriving at noon, lunch to the basket, rest, practice in the water and we return early dodging the chaos of the return of the boats.

Hi, I'm Fede! Personally, I am passionate about water sports, where from a very young age I was able to start my swimming training. This training is perfected when I made the crossing of the Paraná River, 5 Kms away. Then, more than 10 years ago I began to venture into rowing sports. Today I have a Kayak suitable for three people, in which we will be doing the excursion !!!
