Fantastic - even for a muggle this place is jaw dropping. This was our third visit and we will be back before the year is out . You can actually do this trip yourself by public transport from Waterloo to Watford Junction and then there is a free shuttle coach to the studios and it will end up costing you a fraction of the price. Just to say I have not used this service so I am not reviewing the service given by Premium tours .A family ticket cost €132 for 2 adults and 2 children and then the extras are just the train fare. If you are on a budget I would recommend exploring this option.

What a fabulous day we had with Douglas. He showed us all the sights advertised and then some. We had a great lunch at the Plough Inn and still had time to visit the Roman Villa, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold, Broadway Tower, Burford and the back roads of the Cotswold. Best time ever.

We had so much fun on our first tour that we booked a second one later in the week! The first day we did Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Lacock (instead of Bath). David was very patient and easy to chat with. He even showed us the Eton area and Woodhenge. He gave us pastries when we finished Windsor Castle. We all had a lovely day. Later in the week, we did Leeds Castle, Bodiam Castle, Canterbury and White Cliffs of Dover, which was also excellent. We saw so much in those two days and David was so kind. He was like a dad, making sure we had umbrellas and that we weren't hungry. We'd definitely book another tour with him in the future.

This is our most popular walking tour because, if there is one literary name associated with Rochester, it is unquestionably.... CHARLES DICKENS. The town is littered with locations and names which Dickens drew on for inspiration throughout his career, featuring many of them in his fifteen novels, five novellas and hundreds of short stories, most notably ‘The Pickwick Papers’, ‘Great Expectations’, ‘The Seven Poor Travellers’ and his last – and unfinished – work, ‘The Mystery of Edwin Drood’. Join us for an entertaining tour around all the key sites, and learn more about the man himself and how he became the highest earning author in the WORLD at the time of his death in 1870.

I was charged for the tour, showed up 15 minutes early stayed 15 minutes past the tour time at the correct location. No text, no e-mail, called the tour operator Pigeon Tours, the voicemail was full. The next morning, I called Viator, the tour was cancelled because the minimum number of guests was not met but the e-mail was sent the day after the event. I wasted two hours of my time and money traveling to and from the tour location. Disrespectful, horrible, awful, bad experience. Viator needs to remove them from their website!
