this is so close to the city yet a nice get away from the busy ness of the city... nice trails from the city with some wildlife and ponds and water... and it's free!!! very cozy nice paved or gravel trails. good walks in the fall

The Pipeline Walk that takes you 4.5KM into the Strait of Georgia has the most wonderful views of Vancouver Island the North Shore Mountains and the airport. It is an easy walk out and back 9 km in total. The is a washroom at the end of the pipeline. You will see eagles, seals, Hawks, and many different types of waterfowl. Watching the plane fly over is fun.
