Saw the good reviews here and we can only confirm that it was excellent. We learned a lot about the area and the cloud forest, and even saw a white armadillo. A good hike up and down the mountain and the kids loved to learn about the eco system and the differences to other places. Carlos is an excellent guide and very passionate about their project.

Canopy Los Caracolies

I am so happy I found this place! We went for an afternoon from Salento with our family of 5 as the kids wanted to do a "zip line". We loved so much this place! The adrenaline of the many zip-lines, the beautiful landscape where it is set (exuberant banana & bamboo forest, worth the visit for itself), the friendliness & professionality of the instructors, and the amazing owner who built the zip-line inside his family "finca" (he is a retired chief-fireman expert in extreme rescues, very interesting & friendly man!). I am afraid of heights and thought I would never be able to do a "canopy". But I did, and it was a wonderful experience, after the first jump I did not want to stop! I felt very safe. Totally worth it for all types of travellers (kids, young & older people).

We took a ride to Don Ellis's coffee plantation with our guide Oscar, what a character! Everything is espectacular lmao. My wife had very little horse riding experience and Oscar made sure she was safe and gave instruction while letting the other riders trot ahead and have a little more freedom.Over all very enjoyable for us both,i just wish we had done the river trek as it was longer and had more scenery from the experience of the other group! Oscar mostly speaks Spanish, but even with basic Spanish ourselves, it was great and he is quite funny.
