Sannazzaro Giarole Castle was built in 1200 and was later renovated in neogotic style. The building contains frescoes and pictures from '500, a baroque music room and a ball room with '500 frescoes. Worth a visit are also the bedrooms and the wardrobe, the English style park and the chinese living room. Visits are guided by the owner that will tell you about the legend of the ghost.

Existing since 1192 it had both a residential and public function: to govern, exercise justice and defend the area. Conquered by Barbarossa in 1155 and destroyed by Colleoni was then rebuilt by the Colleoni itself. House of the Townhall in ancient times it had a drawbridge. The manhole in the vault was used to go up to upper floors after lifting up the drawbridge and closing the portcullis. It was also a trap door. There are also '600 elements built by the Sauli family
