Prato (Italian pronunciation: [ˈpraːto] ( listen)) is a city and comune in Tuscany, Italy, the capital of the Province of Prato. The city is at the foot of Monte Retaia, elevation 768 metres (2,520 ft), the last peak in the Calvana chain. The lowest elevation in the comune is 32 metres (105 ft), near the Cascine di Tavola, and the highest is the peak of Monte Cantagrillo at 818 metres (2,684 ft). The Bisenzio (river), a tributary of the Arno, flows through it.

Il progetto di una cocktail house, è nato precisamente due anni fa, quando Matteo e Marco si sono conosciuti lavorando insieme. Durante il servizio i due capiscono di poter collaborare per la realizzazione pratica di un’idea comune, uno spazio, un locale notturno dove poter esprimere le proprie velleità, l’uno dalla parte della gestione l’altro dalla parte della miscelazione. Ed ecco che da questo sodalizio è nato il Big Easy Cocktail House: un locale pensato sia per offrire un prodotto altamente selezionato e lavorato, sia per essere un nuovo punto d’incontro per i giovani pratesi.La location appartata e dallo stile curato ben si presta ad una chiacchierata tra amici o ad un’intimo incontro. La professionalità di Marco, sempre al banco, e la simpatia di Matteo, sempre in giro per i tavoli, vi sorprenderanno e vi faranno sentire a vostro agio.
