We had two relax massages (Romeu & Julieta), and also a pedicure. Very cosy and relaxing place, we got excellent massage, by very professional staff. We are very happy with the treatment and would very much like to return.

I was enrolled in the 200h YTT Online and it was an amazing experience! The structure of the course was made easy and well thought. It truly was a transformative process in each module and in each homework. You can feel the improvement and the hours you put into training are worth it. The teachers have a profound knowledge in Yoga and they know how to help the students. Their passion is shown in this course and you feel prepared to teach Yoga when you reach the finish line. All in all, it is a great Yoga School and I 100 % recommend them to anyone!

TAY became already my second home as I do Yoga now for so many years with Joana, she even accompanied me with Yoga during my pregnancy and my children do Yoga with her as well. Joana is a great teacher, her space welcomes you with warmth and positive energy and I always leave feeling better. I did learn so much during Yoga with her, not only for my body but also mind it did a lot of changes. For me TAY is one of the best Yoga studios and she also does more than Yoga, treatments, meditation and events like mantra signings. Also do I find her place a gem as it offers Yoga for baby and children which I couldn’t really find anywhere else around here. And Joana is so lovely with babies and children. I recommend TAY to everyone. From young age to older age. It’s perfect. Namaste ❤️????????✨

My wife and I have been going to Pasi for several years for individual mobilization treatment, dealing with shoulder, lower back and other bone and muscle issues. Pasi is a true genius, knowing exactly where to find the problem and how to use his Finnish treatment to address it. Each individual session lasts an hour and a half, as Pasi works on the whole body, from toes to head. Over time, he builds up a very accurate image of your body and where you are likely to have issues. We cannot recommend him more highly.

Had 2 beautiful Spa and Massages at Aquadream the staff were helpful and the massages were great throughly recommend a visit if in the Alvoir. The atmosphere was really tranquil and private the 5 pools were amazing especially the hot pool it had everything that you needed to help you feel relaxed and unwind a stress free zone The price of the treatment and the pools was very reasonable and I definitely will be returning next year. It was one of the most tranquil and well maintained spas that I have visited in some time.
