This was ok, but definitely needs some improving. Snorkelling in large swells from other boats is not optimum and leaves you working hard to stay afloat and in one area as the waves pushed you towards the rock wall. One of the two beaches we did go to was littered with plastic and garbage. Only the guide Lily spoke to anyone, no other crew said a word. Also they told us we would go to Maya Beach, but in the end you had to swim a distance to get to it, so nobody did. This tour needs much improvement.

We decided to do Raya and Coral island day trip as we had not been there on previous trips to Thailand and it was recommended.. there is nothing at Raya Island the beach umbrella and chair I had to pay for were in tatters... my partner did get to go snorkelling which was ok..we had lunch in a dodgy shed and the food was basic to say the least...there was a bowl of yuk? (Not sure what is was I think it was some type of seafood...my partner tried it which was a big mistake..violently ill that night for over 24 hours..Coral Island had nothing there either...boat loads of people that’s about it...

4. Biking at Thai Muang - Turtles & Waterfalls

IAsia Thailand

Spend a day biking to an area north of Phuket which has been largely overlooked by mass tourism. The perfect area for a biking tour, cycle over flat terrain through rubber tree plantations along quiet back roads and dirt tracks, visit a Sea Turtle Sanctuary, swim at a lovely waterfall and have a delicious lunch at a beachside restaurant overlooking the sea. So that you get the best of attention at all time, this is a small group tour of no more than 16 people which is followed by a Support Vehicle at all times.

Inclusions: Return air-conditioned van transfers from/to Phuket hotel (additional charge outside selected areas), Trek Mountain Bike and helmet, Lunch, fruits and drinking water, English speaking guide (usually 2 guides will accompany each group), Lunch, Bottled water

Exclusions: Gratuities, Food and drinks, unless specified, National Park Fee (200-baht p/p)

We used I Asia Thailand (we used them last year) and we rented a van with guide Woody and driver. We requested Woody after good comments and feedback. We did a 8 hour day trip and they were punctual, dressed well, excellent English and very informative. We started from Patong and made our way north before stopping for lunch and then east road back to the south to the many view points. The van was clean with great aircon and wifi!!!. We also had our own hand sanitiser and also wipes throughout the day. I would suggest and recommend I Asia Thailand to any family and friends. We would happily use their services again!
