A huge park, a small science center and theater, and a few rides that emphasize exercise. It's a good experience for local kids, and tourists in the area will have some fun. The summer bobsled is fun, but only in summer, and there is an "funny bicycles" ride where you pedal some weird bicycles. The rides are all a dollar for kids (and up). Cheap and good for local kids.

A lot of nature and an easy hike for beginners, it's good for young and old alike. Visit in the autumn for beautiful fall colors. Go to the nearby shrines or the Children's Land for more fun.

This shrine and the surrounding park are beautiful and I had the pleasure of being married here. The staff were immaculate and the ceremony was beautiful.

春のシバザクラが有名のようですが、10月に訪れたので静かでした。ランニングコースでジョギングする人、芝生広場で犬と散歩する人がチラホラいるだけだったので長閑な雰囲気でした。市民の憩いの場となっているようです。

Daikon is OTA famous temple. This temple is located near mountain. You can walk to the back of temple to enter hiking track. The temple is beautiful.

This shrine enshrines Tokugawa Ieyasu who established Tokugawa Shogunate in 1603, Edo era. The value of this historical shrine is magnificent. The buildings there are also great. Some historical items are exhibit there, but the way they display is not good at all.
This was the 2nd time for me to be there, I felt uncomfortable with the attitude of a priest of this shrine. He is quite offensive to the visitors and impolite. He does not know the meaning of hospitality.
Recommendable place but make sure the priest is such a person.

何もない坂道を上っていると、突然モダンな建物が目に飛び込んできました。それがこの施設です。展示物を見ていると、係の女性が５分ほどのビデオを見るように勧めてくれました。確かに金山城の歴史や全容がわかり、事前学習になりました。
また、城址までの行き方や見どころをとても丁寧に説明してくれました。

Good art libery, it is quite and beautiful design. The art libery and museum have 3 floor. There are art galleries in 1 and 3 floors. It have plenty of good book. Good for children and who are looking for quite place to read and study.

An illumination held from mid-November through mid-January each year. At dusk, the Hokubu Undo Park in Ota, Gunma Prefecture serves as the main sit for 1.5M LED lights blinking on, basking the surroundings in a fantastic glow. Each year you will see illuminated objects like churches, Castles, and Christmas trees. They can also be seen when passing between the Kiryu Interchange and Ota Yabuzu Interchange on the Kita-Kanto Expressway, but they are really worth seeing in person or from a hilltop in town. The display looks different from each angle, so it's also fun to make repeated visits. Various events are held during the dates the illumination is in session.

夜の高速を走りながら偶然、太田市の美しいイルミネーションを見る事が出来ました。ＬＥＤの装飾がとても幻想的で、まるで一面に広がる光の絨毯の様。かなり広い敷地なのではないかと思います。
高速からでも綺麗でしたので、お近くの方は機会があれば是非足を運ばれるべきかと。
