I'm a professional Japanese chef who lives in Okinawa and New Zealand. I have worked as a chef in Japan, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. My two passions in life are cooking and biking. Throughout my years, I have biked for 9000km in Japan, 9000km Alaska to Los Angles, and 5500km in Patagonia.
