CFPSA is a vocational training institution founded in 1984 and accredited since 1998 by the competent authorities. We provide training in the areas of pastry, bakery, hotel and restaurant, kitchen and restaurant / bar service, cutting and preparation of meat products, and food quality control.

Currently we have a Scientific Expedition for the protection and Valorization of the Iberian Wolf and its natural habitat, in Vinhais, northern Portugal, in collaboration with Grupo Lobo and Vinhais Biological Park.
