Band on the Wall has been a cornerstone of Manchester’s thriving music and cultural landscape for over 100 years. We bring leading artists from around the world to the stage – both at our award-winning Manchester venue and nationally, through touring programmes and trailblazing creative music projects. Our unusual name harks back to the building’s days as The George and Dragon pub in the early 20th Century. We opened the DogHouse in October 2015, since then we have some amazing artists on the stage. We also have vinyl DJ nights. The venue is also a perfect place for celebrating special occasions accommodating up to 70 people. We look forward to meeting you there.

Established in 2018 the Jazz Emporium gained its favorable reputation as a small but thriving music venue situated in the heart of Lytham St Annes on the Fylde Coast, serving an extensive menu of beers, cocktails, gins and delicious burgers but due to the difficulties of 2020 we had no choice but to make huge changes to ensure the success of the business. We are independently owned and so during the national lockdown we used the time to convert our kitchen into a cellar, build a brand new bar to create more space, purchased additional seating and gave the place a subtle makeover. We now identify ourselves as the Jazz Emporium (Micro Bar) We serve lager, craft ale, cider, wine and cocktails. There is something for everyone!
