Built specifically to provide a stage for variety, cabaret, music hall and vaudeville acts from the region and beyond for audiences far and wide. Prohibition was moved from the original railway arch premises - lock, stock and two oak-smoked barrels, to the former Jazz Cafe premises of Newcastle's famous Pink Lane in January 2019.
