Visited the canyon along with a group of Chinese colleagues as part of their Department team building exercise. We did have a tour guide and luckily for me my colleagues translated for me. Signage is not consistent, warning signs did include English translations but many of the information signs were not.
Experience starts at the ticket booth and the first stop is a the boat launch, at the bottom of a very steep hill. The first boat we boarded had mechanical problems, staff quickly split the passengers into two groups and each boarded a much smaller boat. The boat took us to the current trail head which is about 15 minutes up river. The ride was pleasant and you get a very good look at the widest part of the canyon. As you might imagine, the canyon narrows as you head up stream.
Once arriving at the next pier, be prepared to climb quite a few stairs. A word of warning, the walking surfaces along the trail vary in texture and can be wet and slippery. Make sure you wear appropriate shoes, street shoes would be very dangerous.
The trail consist of pebbled walkways, areas carved into stone, and concrete decks attached to the side of the canyon. You will lacrosse the stream three times ion three different types of bridges: swaying suspension, bamboo fixed, and standard plank. Be prepared for the ride of your life if the people ahead of you want to test the swaying ability of the first bridge.
There a number of areas of phot spots, some rock formations that resemble animals, and for us a real treat- a wild monkey. Locals say the only about thirty left in the Canyons are so to see one is a real treat.
As you walk along the walking surface does change. Slipping hazards are plentiful so it is necessary to keep your eyes on the walking path. There are a number of employees stationed along the way to ensure you stay away from hazard areas and to render aid if needed.
The walk up stream in the canyon is about 3.5 km. There is a small museum and snack stand located at the end, then it is turn around and head back to the pier for the return boat ride. Once you are back at the main dock, you have a nice long, steep walk to the exit. There are benches conveniently located along the way if you need a rest.
It was a really nice experience, the staff has done a good job making the experience all about the beauty of the canyon, it was a nice way to spend a few hours on a Sunday morning.

2014年ゴルデンウィークの時に友達に誘われ、中国浙江省寧波市寧海県にある天明山温泉へ遊びに行きました。
一言言えば、ほぼ秘境のようなところでした。ここでの”秘境”は未開発という意味ではなく、中国語で言うと「世外桃園」に近います。
静かでのんびり過せます。小さいダムというか川沿いの散歩は最高です。「世外桃園」の言葉のように、悩みやストレス等普段の煩雑なことをこのエリアに入った瞬間で忘れてしまします。明るい緑のような景色が心の騒動を静ませます。自分の表現レベルでこれ以上に説明できませんが、写真をアップできれば、写真をアップロードする予定です（今この文章を書いている時に写真をアップするボタン等が見つからない）。
天明山温泉大酒店という４つ星のホテルがあり、宿泊は困りません。温泉ですから、勿論温泉に入れます。
しかし、公共交通は不便のようです（一応あるみたいですが、調べていません。自分は友達の自家用車で行きました）。逆に交通不便ですので、”秘境”というか「「世外桃園」の状態が保たれたという考え方もできます。個人としては、心を休ませる場所として観光客が多くならないでほしいです。
※”観光名所の設備”の項目に記入した内容は天明山温泉大酒店のことを指しています。また、バリアフリーや、ロッカー・物置き、ベビーカー専用駐車場等は確認していないので、記入していませんが、問題がないと思います。

当不远处很大一片向日葵真实地出现在我眼前时，那一大抹澄黄毫无预兆地蹿进我的瞳孔，随即紧紧锁住我的目光，那一大片金色海洋，在炽烈的阳光下，金黄灿亮，让我不禁想起了张抗抗天山向日葵里的词句。
你或许见过一株或者几簇阳光般澄静透明的葵花仙子，却又怎能想象在这蔚蓝明净的天空下阳光普照的田野中如此花开灿烂浩瀚的花海，它们是道最亮丽的一抹色彩！这个秋日，与向日葵花欣喜相逢，心情也随之变得明朗：我们也该做一回向阳花儿了。
