I could kinda ski. I thought I had the basics, but I thought a lesson or two wouldn’t hurt to boost the confidence. Pete had me pegged instantly and started showing me ways to improve within the first 50 metres. He introduced skills in a way where you could easily incorporate the previous with the next layer. Control over my skis improved drastically as the skills increased. Pete soon had me tackling slopes I would have never dreamed of, but with the lessons learnt, they were not out of my comfort zone. Pete’s instruction is easy to understand and with demonstration, easy to follow. With his expertise and experience, I’m sure any skier would be able to learn a thing or two from Pete. Thanks Pete.

Great place for a day of skiing just an hour and half from Tokyo, on the Joetsu Shinkansen bullet train, the train stops right on the sky area, you just walk from the station to the ski premises, renting the ski equipment is fast and convenient, the staff very friendly and English speaking, the scenery was beautiful, it was snowing a little adding some magic to the place, the runs, it was not crowded, it was a day well spent, definitively will return
