What to do and see in Niagara Falls, Canada: The Best Game & Entertainment Centers

November 6, 2021 Layne Dawes

Once a destination for honeymoons and family vacations, Niagara Falls has really stepped it up as an action-packed vacation spot. The falls are literally the biggest draw – watching the frothy water tumble at alarming speeds can be mesmerizing. Throw on a poncho and hop aboard the Maid of the Mist to cruise close enough to the falls to be drenched by spray. Hit the main strip of Clifton Hill for flashy tourist attractions and restaurants galore.

We went as a family to do something different to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Our group was of 7,- ages from 20-50.Lee was our instructor and he did a fantastic job from teaching us how to throw, to getting everyone's inner competitive personality to come out. We would highly recommend going.

Niagara Go-Karts

Reviewed By mlynnb - Newmarket, Canada

I only went because my partner wanted to go, but we were the only people there at that time so he convinced me to drive too and I had so mch fun! I have a problem with one leg and couldn't bend it enough to get in the single cars, so they very nicely let me drive a car meant for 2 that was not so closed in. We purchased 6 laps, and got 3 for free. 9 laps was plenty for me, I felt very safe seeing them wipe down the cars completely before we got it. Disposable hair covers went on before helmets, we were given thorough instructions, and even a few hints on how to make the most of it. It was a blast, and confidence builds with each lap so by the time we finished, we were both going full on with very few touches to the brakes. Lots of fun, for any age!! They also had a nice looking mini golf course for only a few dollars more, but we had already golfed so didn't take advantage of it, but certainly will next time.

I visited with a group aged 12 to 60+ and everyone had great fun on this racetrack. We seemed to come at a quiet time, mid-week and barely waited for our turn. Ride time is pretty short but long enough for some great fun - too much more and it would probably start to feel a bit repetitve. There was a huge number of karts and helmets, and pleasant staff. I loved that everyone wore hair nets under their helmets. This is a good fun activity to enhance your Niagara visit.
