The whole experience was fantastic; easy to book, good communication leading up to the day was just right. The theory aspect was educational and going into the ocean to cement that learning was fun and although, a little scary for those of with fears, the instructors were great and gave you confidence that all would be ok! The tips were great and they encouraged you to keep going and stay in touch if you wanted more info. Great team.

A stunning venue with food, drink and beautiful staff to match. Completely loved this event - and the Cup was not the focus! The delicious share platters were incredible, as were the canapes prior to lunch. The seating afforded divine views, and outside the marquee, such gorgeous soft grass and opportunity to mingle. Extremely clever use of space, and such generous sharing of the best view in Wagga!

Sam hosted a fabulous plant based cooking experience shared with my son and daughter as a birthday treat. We were welcomed into Sam’s kitchen with an explanation on ingredients we were using: some day to day ingredients and a few that were more unusual or seasonal. Sam did a fantastic job explaining everything we were doing, answering all our questions and coaching us through the various processes and timing. We ended up with a really tasty meal, recipes and practical tips to use in our day to day cooking and entertaining, and a lovely, lasting memory. I love Sam’s approach to food and creative ways to adapt recipes and dressings. We also were able to enjoy her fascinating art collection! Definitely a bonus.
