It is a historic building located on Nevsky Prospekt in front of the Kazan Cathedral. The famous dome of the Book House / House of Singer Company in the Art Nouveau style is a great decoration of Nevsky Prospekt and the whole of St. Petersburg. Inside there is a bookstore that sells also many souvenirs. A historic place with the stunning architecture of Singer's house with bronze sculptures, colored dome lighting and gilded elements on the facade. The Book House occupies the basement, first and second floor. In addition to books there are all kinds of souvenirs and chocolates, and even toys. On the second floor, for the most part of it , there is the Singer cafe with a wonderful panoramic view of the Kazan Cathedral. It is worth drinking coffee in this amazing place. The whole building strikes with its subtle beauty.
