Nearby Natadola Beach is Fiji’s most spectacular and is popular for swimming and body surfing. Other paces to visit in Nadi include Sri Siva Subramaniya, the largest Hindu temple in the Southern hemisphere, the Sleeping Giant orchid gardens and Waqadra Botanical Gardens.

My husband and I got stuck in Fiji and Tour Managers Fiji sorted us out with everything! We were so flustered that they took care of everything, gave us water and organised for last minute accommodation and transfers for us. The accommodation they sorted was beautiful and our minds were just at ease knowing that we did not have to worry about a thing! They also arranged for our driver to stop at some shops so we could buy clothes as we did not have anything suitable for the Fijian weather. Forever grateful!!

We booked this company to take us to a Natadola Bay resort from the airport. Based on the good reviews we we're excited to use this company. After paying in full (as well as paying for the cost for the transportation back to the air port a week later) when we arrived at the resort we soon received a phone at the font desk that our driver (John) shorted the contract taxi drive. The driver asked to come speak to us at the resort which we declined. This gave us anxiety and left us uncertain on who to trust. On top of this, on the day we were leaving, our ride never showed up. Losing out on the money is one thing, but to make our visit full of anxiety at times was a real bummer.

Disclaimer: this is a medium-hard hike, we got caught in a downpour and you've got to be in pretty good shape to do it and have an adventurous attitude!! This day was GREAT. Started with Peni picking us up from our hotel around 8am, drove us to the mountain (up some exciting dirt roads for his small car!) and we had upbeat, informative conversation the whole way. Once we got to the village that owns the park at the foot of the hike, we used the bathroom (in *ok* bathrooms) and got paired with our guide Leps from the village who was just as friendly as Peni. The hike was beautiful and definitely challenging. It's pretty steep but the views are breath-taking! Peni and Leps helped us through a river current and taught us so much about their country throughout the hike. We picked and ate guavas along the way and were able to stop whenever we wanted for water, snacks, photos, or to rest. We highly recommend bringing snacks because we didn't get back to the village for lunch until 4pm and it was our snacks that carried us through the hike! It rained our entire hike down the mountain, but Leps and Peni helped us stay in high spirits and enjoy every bit of it. They helped us a lot too, as it was really muddy on the way down. Eating at the village at the end was also really enjoyable. The people were kind and the food was tasty. Then Peni dropped us back at our hotel and we exchanged emails to keep in touch. He was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire day with him and Leps. We never ran out of things to talk about, learned a lot, and enjoyed the mountain to the fullest. Highly recommend!! More FYIs: -You should definitely bring and wear long hiking pants -You should bring a change of clothes incase you get wet (from rain or waterfall) -Snacks are helpful and lots of water is important

The amazing waterfall in a narrow mountain valley, surrounded by native flora and fauna, is a place to be visited where you will just relax your mind, body and feel good in the waterfall pond. The extra ordinary skills of the villagers turning clay into potteries is not to be missed. Your entire journey will relaxing, you will see picturesque sites along the walking tracks, the environment and atmosphere of the village is not something that you will see in other places. The local town offers fantastic range of shops for your duty free shopping, plenty of places to have lunch, wonder around freely and safely. Along the journey, you will see temples, mosques, sugar farms, country scenes, fresh coconut bars, rice fields, pine forest, coastal views, roadside shops and much more.

BULA!!! My wife and I were fortunate enough to have Peni Dovi as our personal tour guide while we were on vacation in Fiji. Wow - Peni is the best of the BEST. Peni knows the islands like the back of his hand and he showed us such a good time. Peni tailored the itinerary to our specific desires. Part of our trip included the desire to learn about the Fijians and their way of life. - and that is exactly what Peni provided. From hiking in the rainforest to the waterfalls to having lunch prepared by one of the local village ladies - such an intimate and unforgettable experience. Peni showed up early to meet us each day. He had everything pre-arranged so that we were able to relax, listen and enjoy - Sanganalanga!!!! (no worries) The history he shared about his country and their culture was so interesting and informative - always adding a little “more” if we would ask questions. The last night of our stay, we were fortunate enough to share dinner with Peni, his wife and his kids. We have become fast friends - family!! There is so much to see and do in Fiji. We cannot wait until we have a chance to return and continue learning about the islands with Peni. If you find yourself going to Fiji - we highly recommend that you contact Peni, and enjoy your trip! Thank you so much, Peni for such an incredible time. Vinaka Vakalevu Guy and Maureen Larsen
