I thought this park was beautiful. The area was very trendy with lots of boutiques and interesting shops and the park was full of autumn colour, ducks, fish and just local people hanging out in a park. I thought it was a lovely place to see how Tokyo folk spend their days. Really nice!! It's only 5 mins walk from the station.

I read somewhere that this is, by far, the BEST cat cafe in Tokyo. I have never been to a cat cafe but I certainly want to go to the BEST. It did not disappoint. For one, I LOVE the decor of the cafe. It is huge and very well-designed not just to make the kitty happy but the humans happy as well. We counted....there are 33 resident cats of different breeds and personalities. Importantly, the cats all looked happy, well-loved and contented. The decor reminded me of Ghibli Museum, except the residents are the kitty. The service personnel are genuine cat-lovers and know each kitty personally, feeding them with individually labelled dishes, tagged with the individual cat's name. I am happy to pay ....knowing that the money is spent on maintaining these 33 kitty!! If you are planning to go on peak hours, please please ....make your reservations in advance by phone. Finally, if I am a kitty, I would LOVE to live here! Imagine....... getting the human to pay to stroke me! ????
