If your on the fence about going to the farm for strawberries this year GO! This year’s strawberries from Stonehaven are so sweet and flavourful. I made the best strawberry jam I’ve ever made with them. Stonehaven also has a wonderful market and the friendliest staff.

These trails are pretty easy, and a great place to run the kids or the dog. They are well marked, and the views along the way are amazing!

For $10 , my 4 year old Grandson got to paint/ decorate an ornament as well as a Gingerbread cookie... then there was opportunity to sit with Santa so you could have your picture taken (with your phone/camera)..... lovely backdrop for Christmas pictures! Then there was outdoor play with the tube slides, cornstalk maze and hay bales to climb.... Great shopping for last minute gifts and a great place to get some lunch or a coffee/tea with a tart/ muffin or cookie! Something for everyone as well as Christmas Trees and outdoor fires to warm up to! Other photo opportunity outside as well! A great time had by all made possible by the friendly and welcoming staff!

Terre Bleu Lavender Farm

CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO COVID 19 Terre Bleu is Ontario's largest lavender farm and apiary. We provide an agro-tourism experience where visitors can come and learn about growing lavender, distillation and the drying of lavender buds for use in the production of our many great products. Visitors can take a yoga class, have a relaxing guided tour or partake in many other lavender lifestyle classes. Please note we are a working farm not a botanical garden and make no promise about the state of bloom or harvest.

Terre Bleu is an enchanting and exotic outing from Toronto. Although the fields weren't in bloom mid-June, we enjoyed walking around the farm with our guide Chloe, learning about lavendar, seeing the distillery and the apiary, and sampling the lavender ice cream!
